Significantconcern Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate. Compare before you commit.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and they are not quotes. Comments about efficiency are general and do not promise any level of energy savings. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it in ways that are not allowed.

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop being contacted, email contact@significantconcern.lat at any time.

The content and design of this site belong to Significantconcern Heating & Air or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.
